30 to Fit! Welcome to the Spring 30 Days of Movement and Mindfulness Challenge! This program is designed to help you embrace a more active and mindful lifestyle, enjoying the benefits of daily movement and mental clarity. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting your journey, this challenge is perfect for all fitness levels. Program Overview: Duration: 30 days Type: Blended live online & replay options. What to Expect: 3 live morning workouts per week and Mindfulness Practices. Activities will vary in intensity and type, including Mat Pilates, Barre Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga & Meditation. Live classes will run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 6am with a replay option available for those who can't make it there live.
